Liberty's Dreamteam is a student sponsored group at Liberty High School. The Busacca triplets, Anthony, Sophia, and Isabella picked up Caitlin Crommett's club. We are working through Optimal Hospice. The goal of DC is to provide for the elderly and grant them their final wishes. The elders are wise people, who we can take a lot from. We look forward to sharing our experiences through this blog.
